The room was spacious, well-decorated, and had a small balcony with a view of the famous street and Diana Tower. The location was great, near the Jesus Christ statue and within walking distance of the famous springs. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is located in the heart of the town, with easy access to the main attractions and great views from the terrace. The breakfast selection was superb, with a variety of options and good quality. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our Christmas stay.

The lack of onsite parking was a disappointment, but the hotel did arrange parking around 200m away. The rooms were a bit outdated, with some minor maintenance issues.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location couldn't have been better - right on the main promenade in a pedestrian zone, surrounded by shops and attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room itself was well-appointed with a very comfortable bed, large bathroom, and even a view of the kolonáda. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and varied, catering to different tastes and preferences.
